Another UNEEK Collaboration from Engineered Garments and KEEN
At once understated and maximal, utilitarian and luxurious, the second collaboration from Engineered Garments and KEEN brings back the summer-ready UNEEK Slide but with Engineered Garments’ motif of tonal asymmetry.
Replacing KEEN’s usual synthetic uppers with supple leather on one shoe and suede on the other, this iteration of the UNEEK slide has been crafted for laid back comfort.
The UNEEK lacing system wraps the foot in one long adjustable cord, enabling a better fit than is possible with traditional shoelaces. The cords here are also leather giving the shoes a warmer, more natural look and feel. They will also soften and patina like only leather can.
In keeping with KEEN’s status on the forefront of environmentalism within the outdoor industry, the leathers have been sourced by LWG-certified tanneries that have passed inspection for sustainable environmental practices.
All of this sits atop KEEN’s ergonomic PU midsole and rubber outsole for all-day comfort, support and durability.
