We typically expect a 24-48 hour processing time for all online orders. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent. When an order is shipped, a tracking email is sent. Packages to arrive within 3-5 days, based on the shipping option chosen at checkout.
The shipping rates can vary, depending on product location(s), size of products, and/or quantity of products in your order. Typically the rate increase arises from your order being fulfilled out of multiple locations.

For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender, we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items.
