GSI Outdoors was founded in 1985 by siblings Don, Ian, and Kathy Scott. GSI Outdoors' passion is great food in the great outdoors. They adapt the comforts of home for the rigors of our adventures, whether we're summiting a mountain or setting up on the sidelines of a soccer game. GSI Outdoors believes food brings us together, sustains our explorations, and, mysteriously, always tastes better when cooked and eaten outside. GSI Outdoors remains family-owned.
