Stop two on Atlantic was Sahadi's, the iconic Middle Eastern grocery most famous for its barrels of nuts and grains and dried fruit in huge barrels.

Masks stifle the smell of Mediterranean cooking - one of the rare times in New York that we miss the smell of something. Definitely worth checking out their hot food.

My personal favorite, though, is the cheese section with over 200 types of cheese. A sensory indulgence that has brought some joy.
