The "TANKER" series, which was announced in 1983 is synonymous with the PORTER brand.
It uses an original 3-layer structure fabric developed as an homage to the US Air Force flight jacket "MA-1". The 3-layer fabric of nylon twill (surface) + polyester cotton (middle layer) + nylon taffeta (back) is lightweight, with a soft finish. The vivid rescue orange on the back provides a vibrant contrast. Metal fittings such as aluminum fasteners, snap buttons, saddle snaps, etc., which were rare at the time of the announcement, are intentionally made to age as they are worn.
A 3-way briefcase that can store B4 size documents. Two compartments that makes it easy to sort luggage, the front compartment fully opens, and the interior has multiple pockets. The main compartment has an L-shaped zipper that makes it easy to open and close whether you use it vertically or horizontally, making it highly practical.
